Terms and conditions

These terms cover your use of this website and the attic insulation estimate on it, and they set out our text message program. By using the estimate you agree to them.

The estimate is an estimate

The figures on your estimate, including how much insulation to add, your current and recommended R value and the typical heating reduction, are worked out from your answers. They are a starting point, not a quote. Your attic is measured and inspected at the home visit, and the scope and price of any work are confirmed in writing before anything is done.

If an answer you give is off, the estimate will be off with it. Where your answers point at vermiculite, the first step is a sample test, and no work is planned until the result is known.

Government grants

Where the estimate says you could qualify for a government grant, the amount shown is the most that programme may pay for a home like the one you described. Whether you qualify, and how much you receive, is decided by the programme and its administrator under its own rules, which can include reaching a set insulation level and other conditions. Sasquatch Property Care is not a government agency and does not decide or guarantee any grant.

The Fall promotion

The Fall promotion is our own offer. Its conditions, including the work it applies to and when it ends, are confirmed in writing with your quote, and those written conditions are the ones that apply. The countdown shown on the estimate is a reminder and does not change them.

Your home visit

Booking a home visit is free and does not commit you to any work. If you need to change or cancel your visit, contact us as early as you can at info@sasquatchpropertycare.com or 1-866-466-6013.

Text message program

Program name. Sasquatch Property Care Estimate Updates.

What we send. If you give us your phone number and check the consent box, Sasquatch Property Care may send you text messages about your attic estimate, your home visit and our offers. Messages may be sent automatically.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the consent box on the attic estimate form and submitting it with your phone number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can get your estimate and book your visit without agreeing to texts.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and to the terms of your own mobile plan.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Our full privacy policy explains everything else we collect and what we do with it.

Who can use this

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of the phone number you give us, or authorized by the owner to give it. Tell us if your number changes so we can stop messaging it.

Using the site

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to submit information that is not yours to submit. We may change or withdraw the estimate or any offer on it at any time.

The content, branding and design on this site belong to Sasquatch Property Care or its licensors. Photographs of work on this site are illustrations and may not show our own crews or projects.

Limits

This site and the estimate are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sasquatch Property Care is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on an estimate produced here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province where you live, Ontario or Quebec, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
